I draw my experience as a Colonel in the U.S. Army and Ohio National Guard.  I am a  graduate of the U.S. Army War College with over 30 years of progressive leadership positions and project management within information technology and business analysis, logistics operations,  human resource, contract management, process design and improvement, and operations.

I have extensive experience working with senior executives in producing far reaching strategic plans with comprehensive metrics.  I am a U.S. Army trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

I have had the unique opportunity of serving as both a Chief Information Officer and Chief Strategy Officer and use this experience to serve my clients.  My experience lies in process improvement and  identifying the changes to an organization involving strategies, structures, policies, processes, and information systems that are required for it to achieve strategic goals. I have extensive experience developing solutions involving IT systems application, process improvement, organizational change, or strategic policy and objective development.

Driving client engagements to enable and improve organizational capabilities in enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, content management, business process optimization, via web based solutions.
